Batteries and power banks create fire risk in transit, especially when packed loose or shipped separately from a device. Saburi Cargo does not accept batteries for shipment.

Alcoholic products are not accepted through Saburi Cargo, regardless of brand, package size, or carrier service.
CBD and cannabis-derived products are not accepted, even when marketed as THC-free, wellness, cosmetic, or supplement products.
Gas-powered engines can contain fuel residue, oil, vapors, or other regulated materials. These items are not accepted for air movement.
May be reviewed for ocean cargo only.
Agricultural goods and soil-related products can trigger import controls, contamination concerns, or inspection holds. These items are not accepted.
Live animals, animal remains, animal tissue, and animal-derived materials are outside Saburi Cargo handling policy.
Chemical products can be hazardous even when sold for household, cosmetic, repair, or industrial use. Items in this category require prior review and are generally not accepted.
When unsure, request the manufacturer safety data sheet before sending the item.
Biological materials that may contain infectious, medical, laboratory, or human-origin substances are not accepted.
Corrosive liquids, powders, and compounds can damage cargo, packaging, aircraft, vessels, and handling equipment. Saburi Cargo does not accept them.
Small quantities are still prohibited.
Controlled, illegal, prescription, or drug-related products are not accepted for shipment through Saburi Cargo.
Some technology, aerospace, communications, and dual-use items may require export classification or licensing before shipment.
Do not send export-controlled goods without prior approval.
Battery-powered transport devices over 100Wh are restricted because of lithium battery fire risk and carrier limitations.
May be considered for ocean cargo only.
Imitation, pirated, replica, or trademark-infringing products are not accepted and may be seized by customs.
Pest-control, plant-treatment, and fertilizer products often contain regulated or hazardous ingredients and are not accepted without review.
A safety data sheet may be required before any review.
Firearms, ammunition, weapon parts, replicas, tactical weapons, and related accessories are not accepted under any Saburi Cargo service.
This includes parts, accessories, and imitation weapons.
Items that can ignite, burn rapidly, release flammable vapor, or support combustion are not accepted.
Check the safety data sheet before assuming a product is safe to ship.
Gambling equipment and game-of-chance materials are not accepted for shipment.
Hazardous, poisonous, toxic, pressurized, reactive, or environmentally harmful goods are not accepted.
Any item classified as dangerous goods is prohibited.
Ivory, protected animal materials, hides, skins, fur, tusks, horns, and similar animal products are not accepted.
This applies to finished goods and raw materials.
Military, police, tactical, surveillance, protective, or controlled security equipment is not accepted through Saburi Cargo.
Items regulated by CBP, ITAR, or export-control agencies require separate legal handling.
Explosive, pyrotechnic, pressure-triggered, ignition, and air-bag components are not accepted.
Air bag inflators and modules are included in this restriction.
Tobacco, nicotine, vaping, shisha, and smoking-related products are not accepted.
Money, negotiable instruments, stored-value items, and payment-related materials are not accepted.
Foods that spoil quickly, require cold storage, or create contamination risk are not accepted.
Saburi Cargo declines to handle occult, satanic, witchcraft, ritual, or similar materials as part of its company handling policy.
Contact Saburi before sending anything that may fall into this category.
Adult novelty items and obscene materials are not accepted because they may be refused or seized during customs clearance.
Allowed: condoms, standard lingerie, menstrual products, breast pumps, and pregnancy tests.
Second-hand, part-worn, and previously used tires are not accepted because they may be refused under Kenya import restrictions.
New, unused manufacturer tires are allowed.
Drones and UAV-related parts require proper Kenya Civil Aviation Authority clearance before import. Do not send these items without approval.
Remote-control vehicles without cameras are generally treated separately from drones.
